Delivery of Distributions in General. (a) Initial Distribution Date. Except as otherwise provided herein, and subject to Article VI.C of the Plan, on the Initial Distribution Date, the Disbursing Agent shall make distributions to Holders of Allowed Claims and Interests as of the Distribution Record Date at the address for each such Holder as indicated on the Debtors’ books and records or the register or related document maintained by, as applicable, the Prepetition Credit Agreement Agent, the First Lien Notes Indenture Trustee, the Second Lien Notes Indenture Trustee, the Subsidiary Guarantee Notes Indenture Trustee, or the Senior Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee as of the date of any such distribution; provided that the manner of such distributions shall be determined at the discretion of the Disbursing Agent; provided, further, that the address for each Holder of an Allowed Claim or Interest shall be deemed to be the address set forth in, as applicable, any Proof of Claim or Proof of Interest Filed by such Holder, or, if no Proof of Claim or Proof of Interest has been Filed, the address set forth in the Schedules. If a Holder holds more than one Claim in any one Class, all Claims of the Holder may be aggregated into one Claim and one distribution may be made with respect to the aggregated Claim.
