Delivery of Documents or Other Information. To the extent Agent receives financial statements or other information required under this Agreement from the Credit Parties pursuant to the terms of this Agreement which the Credit Parties are not obligated to deliver to the Lenders, Agent will promptly furnish such documents and information to the Lenders.
