Common use of Delivery of Equipment and Materials Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Equipment and Materials. All equipment and materials shipped to the Village must be shipped F.O.B. and delivered to a pre-designated location. Contractor shall coordinate delivery schedules in advance with the Village and must be present on site at the time of all deliveries. To the extent any materials or equipment will not be used immediately in the construction of the work, the materials and equipment shall be stored in the location directed by the Village. No deliveries will be accepted on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
