Common use of Delivery of Equipment; Site Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Equipment; Site. 5.1 GKF shall coordinate with Elekta and Hospital to have the Equipment delivered to Hospital at 400 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xx. Xxxxx XX (the “Site”) on or prior to the delivery date agreed upon by Hospital and Elekta in writing. GKF makes no representations or warranties concerning delivery of the Equipment to the Site or the actual date thereof.

GKF makes no representations or warranties concerning delivery of the Equipment to the Site or the actual date thereof.

Xxxxxxx, Xxttle Rock, Arkansas 72205 (the “"Site”") on or prior to the delivery date agreed upon by Hospital and Elekta in writingthe LGK Agreement. GKF makes no representations or warranties concerning delivery of the Equipment to the Site or the actual date thereof.

Delivery of Equipment; Site. 5.1 GKF shall coordinate with Elekta and Hospital to have the Equipment delivered to the Xxxxxxxx Center at the Hospital at 400 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xx. Xxxxx XX (the “"Site”") on or prior to the delivery date agreed upon by Hospital and Elekta in writingthe LGK Agreement. Subject to Section 11.1, GKF makes no representations or warranties warranties, express or implied, concerning delivery of the Equipment to the Site or the actual date thereof.

Xxxxx XX Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx (the “Site”) on or prior to the delivery date agreed upon by Hospital Medical Center and Elekta in writingGKF. GKF makes no representations or warranties concerning delivery of will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Elekta to deliver the Equipment to the Site or the actual date thereofon such delivery date, provided that GKF shall have no liability for any delays in delivery.
