Delivery of Financial Statements and other Reports. The Company will deliver to each holder of Notes promptly upon transmission thereof, copies of all financial statements, information circulars, proxy statements and reports as the Company shall send to its stockholders and copies of all registration statements, prospectuses and all reports which it shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission or with any securities exchange on which any of its securities is listed or with NASDAQ and copies of all press releases and other statements made available to the public concerning material developments in the business of the Company.
