Tax Returns and Other Reports. The Administrative Trustees shall prepare (or cause to be prepared) at the principal office of the Trust in the United States, as defined for purposes of Treasury regulations section 301.7701-7, at the Depositor’s expense, and file, all United States federal, state and local tax and information returns and reports required to be filed by or in respect of the Trust. The Administrative Trustees shall prepare at the principal office of the Trust in the United States, as defined for purposes of Treasury regulations section 301.7701-7, and furnish (or cause to be prepared and furnished), by January 31 in each taxable year of the Trust to each Holder all Internal Revenue Service forms and returns required to be provided by the Trust. Tax Returns and Other Reports. Unless otherwise instructed by notice from the Master Servicer, the Servicer shall forward to each Mortgagor such forms and furnish such information within the control of the Servicer as are required by the Code to be furnished to them and shall prepare and file annual reports required by the state authorities. By way of example, the Servicer shall provide the Mortgagors with the reports required under Code Sections 6050H (e.g., reporting on Form 1098 any mortgage interest, including points, received and any reimbursements of qualified mortgage interest) and 6050J (Abandonments and Foreclosure of Real Property, Form 1099-A).

Financial Management LLC promptly following the filing of each such document with the relevant Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority. The delivery requirement set forth in the preceding sentence may be satisfied by submitting the required Statutory Financial Statements pursuant to Section 8.16(b) hereof.

The Project Leader, at Partnership expense, shall cause to be prepared and timely filed, with appropriate federal and state regulatory and administrative bodies, all reports required to be filed with such entities under then current applicable laws, rules and regulations. Such reports shall be prepared on the accounting or reporting basis required by such regulatory bodies. Any Partner shall be provided with a copy of any such report upon request without expense to it.
