Common use of Delivery of Fund Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Fund Documents. The Trust has furnished you with copies properly certified or authenticated of each of the following: (a) Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Trust, as in effect on the date hereof (the “Declaration of Trust”). (b) By-Laws of the Trust as in effect on the date hereof (the “By-Laws”). (c) Resolutions of the Trustees selecting you as investment adviser and approving the form of this Agreement. The Trust will furnish you from time to time with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing, including future resolutions of the Trustees approving the continuance of the items listed in (c) above.
