The Fund shall make available promptly to the Distributor copies of any registration statements filed by it with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, (Securities Act) or the Investment Company Act, together with any financial statements and exhibits included therein, and all amendments or supplements thereto.
