Delivery of Funding Notice. (a) If the Borrower requires the provision of a Funding Portion it must deliver to the Agent a Funding Notice. (b) The Agent must notify the Financier of the contents of each Funding Notice as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 1 Business Day after the Agent receives the Funding Notice.
