Delivery of Information Electronically. Notices to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders under this Section 8.01 may be delivered or furnished by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by the Administrative Agent, including broadcast email to the Lenders that the available information has been made available to the Lenders on either the Borrower’s “Intralinks” page or the Borrower’s website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any such information included in materials otherwise filed with the SEC may be delivered electronically and if so delivered, shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date on which the Borrower posts such documents, or provides a link thereto, and notifies Administrative Agent of such posting or link.
