Receipt of Information. The undersigned has received all documents, records, books and other information pertaining to the undersigned’s investment in the Company that has been requested by the undersigned.
Receipt of Information. Purchaser represents that it has received all of the information it considers necessary or appropriate for deciding whether to purchase the Shares. The Purchaser further represents that it has had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the purchase of the Shares and the business, properties, prospects and financial condition of the Company and to obtain additional information necessary to verify the accuracy of any information furnished to him which he has access.
Receipt of Information. Purchaser has received all documents, records, books and other information pertaining to his investment that has been requested by the Purchaser, including without limitation, the SEC filings made by the Company.
Receipt of Information. Subscriber believes it has received all the information it considers necessary or appropriate for deciding whether to purchase the Shares. Subscriber further represents that through its representatives it has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the offering of the Shares and the business, properties and financial condition of the Company and to obtain additional information (to the extent the Company possessed such information or could acquire it without unreasonable effort or expense) necessary to verify the accuracy of any information furnished to it or to which it had access; and

The Purchaser has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the issuance and sale of the Purchased Shares and the business, properties, prospects and financial condition of the Company and to obtain any additional information requested and has received and considered all information it deems relevant to make an informed decision to purchase the Purchased Shares.
Receipt of Information. The Purchaser has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the issuance and sale of the Purchased Securities and the business, properties, prospects and financial condition of the Company and to obtain any additional information requested and has received and considered all information it deems relevant to make an informed decision to purchase the Purchased Securities. Neither such inquiries nor any other investigation conducted by or on behalf of such Purchaser or its representatives or counsel shall modify, amend or affect such Purchaser’s right to rely on the truth, accuracy and completeness of such information and the Company’s representations and warranties contained in this Agreement.
Receipt of Information. Such Rollover Shareholder has been afforded the opportunity to ask such questions as it has deemed necessary of, and to receive answers from, representatives of Parent concerning the terms and conditions of the transactions contemplated hereby and the merits and risks of owning the Parent Shares. Such Rollover Shareholder acknowledges that it has been advised to discuss with its own counsel the meaning and legal consequences of such Rollover Shareholder’s representations and warranties in this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
Receipt of Information. To perform its duties under the Agreement, Provider is authorized and permitted to receive, hold and, to the extent necessary, review Nonpublic Personal Information of Client in order to provide services for Client at Client’s direction as provided under the MSA. Provider may further use and disclose Nonpublic Personal Information for the proper management and administration of the business of Provider.
Receipt of Information. The Investor has received and reviewed all the information concerning the Company, the Securities and the shares of common stock underlying such Securities, both written and oral, that the Investor desires. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Investor has been furnished with or has had the opportunity to acquire, and to review: all information, both written and oral, that the Investor desires with respect to the Company’s business, management, financial affairs and prospects. In determining whether to make this investment, the Investor has relied solely on his/her own knowledge and understanding of the Company and its business and prospects based upon the Investor’s own due diligence investigations and the Company’s filings with the SEC.
Receipt of Information. The Investor believes it, he or she has received all the information necessary or appropriate for deciding whether to acquire the Securities. The Investor further represents that the Investor has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the offering of the Securities.
