Common use of Delivery of Information to Lenders Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Information to Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall provide to each Lender copies of all documents and information delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Article VI upon delivery of such documents and information to the Administrative Agent (it being understood that the foregoing is the obligation of the Administrative Agent and not the obligation of Holdings or the Borrower).
