Common use of Delivery of Insurance Certificates Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Insurance Certificates. On or before the Closing Date, Lessee shall deliver to Administrative Agent certificates of insurance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent evidencing the existence of all insurance required to be maintained hereunder and setting out the respective coverages, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage. Thereafter, throughout the Basic Lease Term, at the time each of Lessee’s insurance policies is renewed (but in no event less frequently than once each year) or upon written request by Lessor following a Lease Event of Default, Lessee shall deliver to Administrative Agent certificates of insurance evidencing that all insurance required by Section 8.1 to be maintained by Lessee is in effect.

Thereafter, throughout the Basic Lease Term, at the time each of Lessee’s insurance policies is renewed (but in no event less frequently than once each year) or upon written request by Lessor following a Lease an Event of Default, Lessee shall deliver to Administrative Agent Lessor certificates of insurance evidencing that all insurance required by Section 8.1 13.6 to be maintained by Lessee with respect to the Real Property is in effect.

On or before the Closing Documentation Date, Lessee shall deliver to Administrative Agent Lessor certificates of insurance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent Lessor evidencing the existence of all insurance required to be maintained hereunder and setting out forth the respective coverages, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage. Thereafter, throughout the Basic Lease Term, at the time each of Lessee’s 's insurance policies is renewed scheduled to expire (but in no event less frequently than once each year) or upon written request by Lessor following a Lease Event of Default), Lessee shall deliver to Administrative Agent Lessor certificates of insurance evidencing that all insurance required by Section 8.1 11.1 to be maintained by Lessee with respect to the Property is in effect.
