Schedule 5 lists all Instruments (other than checks received in the ordinary course of business), letter-of-credit rights, Electronic Chattel paper and Chattel Paper of the Debtor as of the date hereof. The Debtor has delivered to the Secured Party, together with all necessary stock powers, endorsements, assignments and other necessary instruments of transfer, the originals of all Receivables consisting of instruments and Chattel Paper and the originals of all certificated securities owned directly by the Debtor.
