Common use of Delivery of Items Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Items. Upon the expiration or termination of this Schedule B ---------- for any reason, Customer will promptly pay CSG the Project Fees and Reimbursable Expenses that may be due and outstanding for the ABS Services and Deliverables that CSG has performed, and CSG will deliver to Customer all notebooks, documentation and other items that contain, in whole or in part, any Confidential Information that Customer disclosed to CSG in performance of the ABS Services under this Schedule B. ----------
