Common use of Delivery of Lease Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Lease. Twenty-fourth.--No rights are to be conferred upon the Tenant until this lease has been signed by the Landlord, and an executed copy of the lease has been delivered to the Tenant. Lease Provisions Not Exclusive Twenty-fifth.--The foregoing rights and remedies are not intended to be exclusive but as additional to all rights and remedies the Landlord would otherwise have by law.
