Buyer’s Conditions to Close of Escrow. The following shall be conditions to Buyer's obligation to consummate the transaction contemplated by this Agreement (and Buyer shall be entitled to a return of the Deposit if such conditions are not satisfied by the Closing or waived by Buyer):
