Delivery of MASIMO Systems to LABS. MASIMO agrees to make available to LABS upon request, one (1) sample of each MASIMO Licensed Device. LABS will have the right to test this device and to approve the functionality of LABS Technology in such device. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld. After such testing, the device may remain with LABS, at LABS’ option, for further technical assistance and as a demonstration unit as long as this Agreement is in effect.
