Delivery of Megawatts (. MW") The CAISO and the Host Balancing Authority will share in the real time deviations from the dynamic, non-regulation ancillary services and energy from the dynamic System Resource, for which the CAISO’s maximum responsibility will be on a pro rata basis. The Host Balancing Authority will remain responsible for regulation obligation for the portion of the System Resource’s output not dynamically scheduled into the CAISO Balancing Authority Area in accordance with WECC and NERC reliability standards.
