Common use of Delivery of Mortgage Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Mortgage Documents. As of the Servicing Transfer Date, the Mortgage Note, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Mortgage and any other documents required to be delivered under the Custodial Agreement for each Mortgage Loan have been delivered to the Custodian. The Seller is in possession of a complete, true and accurate Mortgage File in compliance with Exhibit A to the Purchase Agreement, except for such documents the originals of which have been delivered to the Custodian;
