Delivery of Mortgage Loan Documentation and Information. (a) Seller shall provide Purchaser with prior written notice of the carrier, shipping arrangements and insurance arrangements, if applicable, with respect to the delivery of the Collateral Files and Credit and Servicing Files with respect to the Mortgage Loans.
