Common use of Delivery of Notice of Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Notice of Borrowing. The Administrative Agent shall have received a completed Notice of Borrowing with respect to the Closing Date Term Loan, which shall include (i) a certification from the Borrowers as to the use of proceeds of the Closing Date Term Loan consistent with the Investment Purpose and (ii) an authorization as to the account to which the net proceeds of the Closing Date Term Loan are to be disbursed.
