Delivery of Notice of Utilisation. A Borrower may from time to time request the issuance of a Bank Guarantee by delivering, not earlier than 10 Business Days and not later than 11.00 a.m. on the third Business Day before the proposed date for the issuance of such Bank Guarantee, a completed Notice of Utilisation to the Agent countersigned by an authorised signatory of the Company.
