Delivery of Notices definition

Delivery of Notices. All notices given or required to be given herein shall be in writing, sent by United States first-class certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, by way of overnight carrier or by hand delivery. If to the Employee (or to the Employee's spouse or estate upon the Employee's death) notice shall be sent to Employee's last-known address, and if to the Bank and the Corporation, notice shall be sent to their respective corporate headquarters. All such notices shall be effective when deposited in the mail if sent via first- class certified or registered mail, or upon delivery if by hand delivery or sent via overnight carrier. Any Party, by notice in writing, may change or designate the place for receipt of all such notices.

Examples of Delivery of Notices in a sentence

  • Subject as set out in Section 7 (Delivery of Notices and Fallbacks), Clearing Members may only deliver a Notice to Exercise Movement Option during the NEMO Triggering Period, subject always to the other terms of the relevant Restructuring Cleared Transaction and, where applicable, the DTCC Rules.

  • LCH SA shall have no obligation to verify the authority of any signatory of any notice delivered by any Clearing Member directly pursuant to this Section 7 (Delivery of Notices and Fallbacks).

  • Subject as set out in Section 7 (Delivery of Notices and Fallbacks), and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the terms of any Cleared Transaction, Clearing Members may only deliver Credit Event Notices in relation to a Restructuring Credit Event during the CEN Triggering Period following notification of Restructuring Matched Pairs by LCH SA and subject always to the terms of the relevant Restructuring Cleared Transaction and, where applicable, the DTCC Rules.

  • One interpretation of these two features is as follows: each object is first endowed to some group and passes to a different group only when all the members of the orginal group have all been matched; however, a given group may choose to distribute the object it owns among its roles any way it pleases.

  • The Supplier and the Borrower authorises the Security Agent to provide to each Finance Party all notices, requests or demands that the Security Agent receives from the Supplier pursuant to Clause 2.7 (Delivery of Notices).

  • NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS All communications from you should be addressed to us at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above. Each of us may change the address to which notices shall be sent by notice to the other in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • electronic communications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the conveyance of signals by wire, radio, optical or other electromagnetic means, including satellite networks, fixed (circuit and packet-switched, including Internet) and mobile terrestrial networks, electricity cable systems, to the extent that they are used for the purpose of transmitting signals, networks used for radio and television broadcasting, and cable television networks, irrespective of the type of information conveyed;

  • Electronic Notice shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 13 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.

  • Electronic communication means a communication transmitted by means of an electronic device, including, but not limited to: a telephone, cellular phone, computer, or pager.

  • Electronic communications system means any wire, radio, electromagnetic, photooptical or photoelectronic facilities for the transmission of wire or electronic communications, and any computer facilities or related electronic equipment for the electronic storage of such communications;

  • Address for Notices means the addresses set forth in Sections Q and R of the Summary; provided, however, that after the Commencement Date, Tenant’s Address for Notices shall be the address of the Premises.
