Common use of Delivery of Opinion Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Opinion. The Company shall have caused the Company Counsel to furnish to the Manager, as requested by the Manager and upon reasonable advance notice in connection with any offering of the Shares, its opinion and negative assurance statement required to be delivered pursuant to Section 4(l), dated as of such date and addressed to the Manager in form and substance acceptable to the Manager.

Delivery of Opinion. The Subject to Section 4(l) of this Agreement, the Company shall have caused the Company Counsel to furnish to the Manager, as requested by the Manager and upon reasonable advance notice in connection with any offering of the Shares, its opinion and negative assurance statement required to be delivered pursuant to Section 4(l)representation, dated as of such date and addressed to the Manager in form and substance acceptable to the Manager.
