Common use of Delivery of Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Other Documents. To deliver promptly to the Representatives, and in such number as they may reasonably request, each of the following documents: (i) conformed copies of the Registration Statement and each amendment thereto, (ii) the Base Prospectus, (iii) each Preliminary Prospectus, (iv) the Final Prospectus and (v) each Issuer Free Writing Prospectus and any amendment or supplement thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request. The Issuer will pay the expenses of printing or other production of all documents relating to the offering.
