Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation, bankruptcy, tax and intellectual property matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory thereto, made against the Credit Parties under the Uniform Commercial Code (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in each jurisdiction in which filings or recordations under the Uniform Commercial Code should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of such Credit Party, indicating among other things that the assets of each such Credit Party are free and clear of any Lien (except for Permitted Liens).
Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments and tax matters) made against the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries under the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any state in which any of its assets are located, indicating among other things that its assets are free and clear of any Lien except for Liens permitted hereunder.
Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation, bankruptcy, tax and intellectual property matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory thereto, made against the Credit Parties under the UCC (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in each jurisdiction in which filings or recordations under the UCC should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of such Credit Party, indicating among other things that the assets of each such Credit Party are free and clear of any Lien (except for Permitted Liens).
Lien Search. The Owner Participant (with a copy to the Indenture Trustee) shall have received Lien searches with respect to the Facility Lessee in form and substance satisfactory to the Owner Participant.
Lien Search. The results of a Code or other lien search showing all financing statements and other documents or instruments on file against each Obligor in such locations as Lender may reasonably request, dated no more than TEN (10) days prior to the Effective Date.
Lien Search. The Lender shall have received a certification from Title Insurance Company or counsel satisfactory to the Lender (which shall be updated from time to time at the Borrower's expense upon request by the Lender) that a search of the public records disclosed no conditional sales contracts, security agreements, chattel mortgages, leases of personalty, financing statements or title retention agreements which affect the Collateral.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation, bankruptcy, tax and intellectual property matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory thereto, made against the Credit Parties under the Uniform Commercial Code (or applicable judicial docket or other applicable statutes in other jurisdictions) as in effect in each jurisdiction in which filings or recordations under the Uniform Commercial Code (or other applicable statutes in other jurisdictions) should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of such Credit Party, indicating among other things that the assets of each such Credit Party are free and clear of any Lien (except for Permitted Liens).
Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received (A) the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation and tax matters) made against the Borrower under the Uniform Commercial Code (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in any state in which any of its assets are located, indicating among other things that its assets are free and clear of any Lien except for Liens permitted hereunder and (B) if required by the Administrative Agent, the results of a search of the appropriate judgment and tax lien records, showing no outstanding judgment or tax lien against the Borrower or any Guarantor.
Lien Search. Copies of record searches (including UCC searches and judgments, suits, tax and other lien searches) confirming that Bank has a first priority security interest in the Collateral, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, acceptable to Bank.
