Common use of Delivery of Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Other Documents. To deliver promptly to the Agents, and in such number as they may request, each of the following documents: (i) conformed copies of the Registration Statement (excluding exhibits other than the computation of the ratio of earnings to fixed charges, the Indenture, this Agreement and such other exhibits that the Agents may request), (ii) the Basic Prospectus, (iii) each Prospectus and (iv) any documents incorporated by reference in the Prospectus.
