Delivery of PILOT Statement. The Obligor shall deliver to the Comptroller of the County of Nassau, on or before the dates set forth for payment of the PILOT Obligations in Section 2 hereof, in each year during the term of the Lease Agreement, a verified statement setting forth the amount of such payments and the dates of such payments.
