Common use of Delivery of Possession Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Possession. If for any reason Landlord does not deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant on the Commencement Date, Landlord shall not be subject to any liability for such failure, the Expiration Date shall not change and the validity of this Lease shall not be impaired, but Rent shall be abated until delivery of possession.
