Common use of Delivery of Product: Buyer Compliance Showings Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Product: Buyer Compliance Showings. (a) Seller shall submit, or cause to be submitted, Supply Plans to CAISO to identify and confirm the Product at the Contract Quantities to be delivered to Buyer for each Showing Month. The sum of the amount of the Capacity Attributes from the Project that Seller submits in its Supply Plan in the applicable Showing Month shall be deemed to be the amount of Product that Seller has delivered for such Showing Month (“Delivered Quantity”).

Delivery of Product: Buyer Compliance Showings. (a) Seller shall submit, or cause to be submitted, Supply Plans to CAISO to identify and confirm the Product at the Contract Quantities to be delivered to Buyer for each Showing Month. The sum of the amount of the (i) RA Attributes, (ii) Flexible RA Attributes , and (iii) Other Capacity Attributes from the Project that Seller submits in its Supply Plan in the applicable Showing Month Month, shall be deemed to be the amount of Product that Seller has delivered for such Showing Month (“Delivered Quantity”).

(a) Seller shall submit, or cause to be submitted, to the CAISO a Supply Plans to CAISO Plan to identify and confirm the Product at the Contract Quantities to be delivered to Buyer or, for Resold Product, Buyer’s designee, for each Showing Month. The sum of the amount quantity that Seller submits for each of the Capacity Attributes from the Project that Seller submits in its a Supply Plan in the applicable Showing Month shall will be deemed to be the amount of each of the Capacity Attributes of Product that Seller has delivered for such Showing Month (“Delivered QuantityQuantities”).
