Common use of Delivery of Products to Inventory Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Products to Inventory. Products will be delivered from XXX to the Inventory based on the Forecasts. XXX will pay for delivery of Products from XXX to the Inventory; provided, however, that XXX shall not be responsible for any increased shipment costs that result from IQE plc or an Ordering Entity’s failure to provide an accurate Forecast. Immediately upon delivery of Products to the Inventory, IQE plc shall inspect the integrity of packaging, the identity of Products by comparison with the delivery papers and notify XXX of any discrepancies within the next seven (7) business days.
