Provisioning Items repurchased by Boeing pursuant to this Repurchase of Provisioning Items paragraph will be delivered to Boeing F.O.B. at its Seattle Distribution Center, or such other destination as Boeing may reasonably designate. Buyer will pay the freight charges for the shipment from Buyer to Boeing of any such Provisioning Items.
