Common use of Delivery of Records Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Records. In the event Executive’s employment with the Company ceases for any reason, Executive will not remove from the Company’s premises without its prior written consent any records (written or electronic), files, drawings, documents, equipment, materials and writings received from, created for or belonging to the Company or its subsidiaries, including those which relate to or contain Confidential Information, or any copies thereof. Upon request or when employment with the Company terminates, Executive will immediately deliver the same to the Company.
