Delivery of Settlement Amount. Within thirty (30) days after the Settlement Effective Date, Xxxxxxxxx shall deliver or cause to be delivered the Settlement Amount to the Receiver by wire transfer in accordance with wire transfer instructions provided by the Receiver for purposes of receiving the payment.
