Delivery of Shares of Common Stock. Upon the exercise of this Option, in whole or in part, the Company shall deliver to the Optionee's brokerage account shares in street name for the benefit of the employee. In the event that the Company shall determine that any certificate issued pursuant to this Paragraph H must bear a legend restricting the transfer of such Shares, such certificate shall bear the appropriate legend.
