Delivery of Signed Registration Statement and Other Documents. The Company will deliver to each of the Agents and to counsel for the Agents without charge as promptly as practicable a signed copy of the Registration Statement and all amendments thereto including all exhibits filed therewith and signed consents, certificates and opinions of accountants and of any other persons named in the Registration Statement as having prepared, certified or reviewed any part thereof, and will deliver to the Agents without charge such number of unsigned copies of the Registration Statement, without exhibits, and of all amendments thereto, as the Agents may reasonably request. The Company will deliver to or upon order of the Agents without charge as many copies of each preliminary prospectus relating to the Notes as the Agents may reasonably request and as many copies of the Prospectus in final form, or as thereafter amended or supplemented, as the Agents may reasonably request.
