DELIVERY OF SUPPLEMENTS. Promptly after the execution by the Issuer and the Trustee of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.1 or Section 9.2, the Issuer shall mail, first class postage prepaid, a notice to each Holder at the address for such Holder set forth in the Register setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture or amendment. Any failure of the Issuer to mail such a notice, or any defect therein, shall not, however, in any way impair or affect the validity of any such supplemental indenture.
