Delivery of Tax Notices. If Owner receives tax bills or claims that are Lessee’s responsibility, Owner shall promptly forward them to Lessee for payment.

Lessor agrees to indemnify and save harmless Lessee from all of the interest, penalties, charges, expenses or liabilities that may be incurred by Lessee from time to time as a result of Lessor’s failure to promptly forward tax bills or claims to Lessee.
