Delivery of Tax Notices. If Lessor receives tax bills or claims which are Lessee’s responsibility, Lessor shall promptly forward them to Lessee for appropriate action, and if they are not received by Lessee at least ten (10) business days before any payment is due, Lessee shall not be responsible for any interest, penalty; charge, expense, or other liability arising from late payment. Lessor agrees to indemnify and save harmless Lessee from all of the interest, penalties, charges, expenses or liabilities that may be incurred by Lessee from time to time as a result of Lessor’s failure to promptly forward tax bills or claims to Lessee.
