Form and Certificates. The policy of insurance required to be carried by Lessee pursuant to this Section shall have a Best’s Insurance Rating of at least A-IX. Such policy shall name Owner as an additional insured and contain a cross-liability and severability endorsement. Lessee’s insurance policy shall also be primary insurance without right of contribution from any policy carried by Owner. A certificate of insurance and a copy of Lessee’s insurance policy shall be provided to Owner before any entry by Lessee or its agents or employees on the Property and shall provide that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Owner.

Each policy of insurance required to be carried by Tenant pursuant to Paragraph 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 shall be with a company rated A:IX or better in "Best's Insurance Guide" and shall name Landlord and such other parties in interest as Landlord reasonably designates as additional insured. Tenant's insurance policy shall also be primary insurance, without right of contribution from any policy carried by Landlord, and shall contain a cross- liability and severability endorsement. A certificate of insurance (ACCORD form) and a copy of each policy shall be provided to Landlord which indicates that the coverage required hereunder is in effect and which provides that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Landlord.

Such policy shall name Owner as an additional insured and contain a cross-liability and severability endorsement. GSV’s insurance policy shall also be primary insurance without right of contribution from any policy carried by Owner. A certificate of insurance and a copy of GSV’s insurance policy shall be provided to Owner before any entry by GSV or its agents or employees on the Property and shall provide that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Owner.

A certificate of insurance and a copy of FLPC's insurance policy shall be provided to Owner before any entry by FLPC or its agents or employees on the Property and shall provide that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Owner.

Optionee’s insurance policy shall also be primary insurance without right of contribution from any policy carried by Optionor. A certificate of insurance and a copy of Optionee’s insurance policy shall be provided to Optionor before any entry by Optionee or its agents or employees on the Property and shall provide that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Optionor.

A certificate of insurance shall be provided to Landlord prior to the Commencement Date which indicates that the coverage required hereunder is in effect and which provides that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Landlord.
