Delivery of Termination Date Notices. Upon the occurrence of the Termination Date in respect of any Class of Secured Obligations, the Representative in respect of such Class of Secured Obligations shall deliver a written notice to the Representatives of the other Classes of Secured Obligations then outstanding stating that such Termination Date has occurred.
