For clarity, any reference to a Termination Date, termination of Service or termination of employment under the Agreement or the Plan will be interpreted to mean the Termination Date as defined herein.
Participant will not earn or be entitled to any pro-rated vesting or other participation in the Plan for that portion of time before the Termination Date (as determined by this provision), nor will Participant be entitled to any compensation for lost vesting or other participation.
All Equity Awards will continue to vest in accordance with their terms through the Termination Date.
Subject to the terms of Section 6(f)(iii), such total amount shall be paid in a single lump sum upon the next regularly scheduled payday immediately following the Termination Date.
