For clarity, any unvested equity awards that would have vested after November 10, 2025 (or after your Termination Date for awards that are not accelerated as set forth in the next paragraph), other than equity awards that continue to vest in accordance with their terms, will be cancelled as of your actual termination of employment from Cisco.
Without limiting the Protected Activities, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, from and after the Employment Termination Date to the greatest extent permitted under applicable law and except as otherwise provided herein, you agree now, and after your employment with the Company.
