DELIVERY OF THE MORTGAGE FILES PURSUANT TO SERVICING AGREEMENT. As is appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan, the Indenture Trustee shall cause the Custodian to deliver to the Servicer of such Mortgage the Mortgage Files for such Mortgage Loan upon receipt by the Indenture Trustee and the Custodian on or prior to the date such release is to be made of: (a) such Officers' Certificates, if any, as are required by the Servicing Agreement; and (b) a "Request for Release" in the form prescribed by the Servicing Agreement, executed by the Servicer, providing that the Servicer will hold or retain the Mortgage Files in trust for the benefit of the Indenture Trustee, the Note Insurer and the Holders of Notes.
