Common use of Delivery of the Utilisation Request Clause in Contracts

Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10:00 a.m. three Business Days prior to the proposed Utilisation Date.

Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10:00 a.m. three 11.00 am six Business Days prior to before the proposed Utilisation Date.
