Delivery of the Utilisation Request. 5.1.1 A Borrower may utilise a Facility by delivery to the Lender of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10h00 on the date falling three Business Days prior to the proposed Utilisation Date (or such shorter period agreed by the Lender). 5.1.2 A Utilisation Request, once delivered, is irrevocable and a Borrower may not deliver more than one Utilisation Requests in respect of a Facility.
