Delivery of Title and Operating Documents. To the extent that the Vendor is reasonably able to deliver the Title and Operating Documents to the Purchaser, the Vendor shall, as soon as is practicable after Closing (and in any event within 30 days of Closing), deliver to the Purchaser the Title and Operating Documents which it has in its possession, provided that if the Vendor retains any interest in any property to which a Title and Operating Document relates, the Vendor may retain the original copy and provide a photocopy to the Purchaser.
