Common use of Delivery of Written Notices Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Written Notices. Any notice required under a contract resulting from this Solicitation shall be in writing and shall be addressed to the receiving party at the address specified in the notice of award. The notice shall be deemed to have been given immediately if delivered in person or by electronic transmission. If notice is given through the United States Postal Service, notice shall be deemed to have been given five days following the date the notice is deposited with the United States Postal Service, postage prepaid, for delivery by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, addressed to the receiving party at the address specified in the notice of award or otherwise specified by Contractor in accordance with Section 91.b below.
