Delivery to Members; Inspection. Upon the request of any Class A Member, for any purpose reasonably related to such Member’s interest as a member of the Company, the Company shall cause to be made available to the requesting Member the information required to be maintained by clauses (a) through (e) of Section 12.2 and such other information regarding the business and affairs and financial condition of the Company as any Class A Member may reasonably request.
