Common use of Delivery Variance Quantities Clause in Contracts

Delivery Variance Quantities. The Operator will assume that the Delivery Quantity was made available for delivery by the Delivering Participant and accepted by the Receiving Participant, unless otherwise notified in accordance with clause 15.2, in which case: (a) the Delivering Participant has a Delivery Variance Quantity (in GJ) equal to the Delivery Quantity less the delivered quantity notified under clause 15.2(b)(i); and (b) the Receiving Participant has a Delivery Variance Quantity (in GJ) equal to the delivered quantity notified under clause 15.2(b)(i) less the Delivery Quantity, and, for the avoidance of doubt, a Delivery Variance Quantity may be positive or negative.
